Tickets to Chaplin's World
Chaplin's World is a S.A. and is not registered at ICOM (International Council of Museums).
You can purchase tickets from our website, on site at our ticket office and from certain selected retailers.
YES. Chaplin's World offers special rates up on presentation of official documentation substantiating your current situation. See our various offers and rates in the "Opening Hours and Rates" section.
Following your online purchase you will receive and email with your ticket in .pdf form. You can show this at the entry gate as long as the barcode on the ticket is visible on your Smartphone and can be read by the scanner.
• Cash: Swiss Francs and Euros (if payment is made in Euros we will only accept notes. Change will be given in Swiss Francs)
• Credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Dinner Club, JCR, Union Pay, La Poste, and Maestro)
• We do not accept checks.
REKA checks are not accepted at the Chaplin's World ticket office.

Getting to Chaplin's World
Yes. All of Chaplin's World is. It is also pram friendly.

Yes. A 200-space car park is available to Chaplin's World visitors.
No. Camper vans are not authorised to stay overnight in the car park.
Dogs and other pets are not allowed on the grounds. Exceptions are made for seeing-eye dogs.
Chaplin's world is open every day from 10 am to 6 pm. The ticket office shuts one hour before closing.
Opening hours may be extended on specific holidays and weekends (information will be available from the ticket office and on our website).

The grounds are closed on 25th December and 1st January.
Visiting Chaplin's World
The signs and displays are in English and French.
A guided tour of the Manoir for mobile and tablet devices is also available free of charge in English, French and German. Download is available from our website, and at the ticket office.
The entire Studio building is air-conditioned. The Manoir is equipped with a demand-controlled ventilation system.
Yes. The use of photo and video cameras is allowed at Chaplin's World. Feel free to take photos of yourself and share your experience on social media!

The average visit lasts 2.30 hours.
Chaplin's World services
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available in some of the buildings.
Toilets are available near the entrance, as well as at the Manoir. There are no toilets in the Studio.
Nursery tables are available in the toilets near the entrance.
Lockers are available in the entrance hall for bags and small items. Chaplin's World accepts no liability for the loss or theft of items placed in the lockers.

The Chaplin's World restaurant and shop
Yes, the shop and restaurant are open to visitors without entry tickets.
The park is a protected natural landscape. As such we ask our visitors to respect the diversity of plant and tree species. There is no picnic area but the cafe-restaurant The Tramp is open all day from 10 am.
