TICKETS INFORMATION

Dear Visitors, 

For your comfort and peace of mind, Chaplin’s World has limited the number of visitors entering the museum from 13 June 2020. If you wish to access the museum, you must be in possession of a time-stamped ticket which is only valid for the day of the planned visit.

You will be able to buy tickets in person, but we strongly advise reserving your tickets through our online ticket office in order to guarantee access to the museum at the desired time.

I ALREADY HAVE ...

•    A dated ticket originally valid for a visit between 14 March and 12 June 2020
For example : Dated ticket D-5, Family ticket, …

•    A ticket valid for a period of time, still valid or expired, for a visit between 14 March and 12 June 2020
For example : Ticket purchased from a Social and Economic Committee or a reseller (CGOS, APAS, PROWEB-MEYCLUB, AGOSPAP, TOULOISIRS, etc.), Liverty ticket, Smart ticket, ticket from French supermarkets*…

•    A ticket won in a competition or an invitation which is still valid.

You will need to exchange your ticket on the Chaplin’s World website and select the date and time of your visit, COMING SOON

Please note that once the date is selected, it cannot be modified.  Your old tickets will be automatically invalidated once the exchange has been confirmed.
You can only exchange one ticket at a time.
For example : You are a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Using the link, you will need to exchange your 4 tickets one by one.

Present your new ticket(s) when you arrive at the museum on the day of your visit.

 

I HAVE A VOUCHER FOR A PROMOTIONAL OFFER to be redeemed at the Chaplin’s World ticket office:
You will not be able to purchase time-stamped tickets through our online box office. To use your voucher, you must buy your tickets in person.
WITH RIVIERA CARD, you must take your tickets at the museum and not on the online-ticket.
 
 

I HAVE A VOUCHER from one of the following partners : Veepee Suisse, DeinDeal, MyStore, Tiqets, Viator, Booking, Musement, GetyourGuide.
On the day of your visit, come to the ticket office with the confirmation of your reservation and exchange it for your entrance ticket dated for that day. 
Veepee and Deindeal vouchers have been extended until 30 September 2020.

 

I HAVE A DISABILITY :
On the day of your visit, come directly to the ticket office to take advantage of the reduction you are entitled to. Access to the ticket office will be made easier for you. 

 

I HAVE A SMILE PASS : 
On the day of your visit, come directly to the Park entrance gates. You must present your Smile Pass.
