LOST & FOUND
If you've lost something during your visit to Chaplin's World, don't worry! Our dedicated customer service team is here to help you find your lost items. Contact us with a detailed description of the lost item, and we'll do our best to find it and return it to you.
AT YOUR DISPOSAL
Wifi
Wifi is available free of charge in certain areas of Chaplin's World, including the shop and the entrance to the Manoir.
BAG STORAGE
We do not offer secure lockers for your valuables. However, you can leave your bags in a shared storage space. Please note that this space is not supervised, and that Chaplin's World declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft.
WHEELCHAIR LOAN
We strive to make Chaplin's World accessible to everyone. If you need a wheelchair for your visit, please let us know before coming so that we can reserve one for you. We will ask for your identity card, which we will keep until the end of your visit.
AT YOUR DISPOSAL
CHANGING TABLES
Families with young children are welcome at Chaplin's World! We have changing tables so you can change your baby's nappies easily during your visit. Changing tables are available in the restrooms of ‘The Tramp’ Café.
FIRST AID
In the event of an emergency, contact Chaplin's World staff. Chaplin's World is equipped with defibrillators and a helicopter landing zone.
TICKETING SERVICES
Our customer service team is here to help you with any problems or errors you may encounter when purchasing tickets. Don't hesitate to contact us by email at support@chaplinsworld.com.
We invite you to provide us with as much information as possible, such as the barcode numbers, the sale number, etc ...
Please note that we do not take ticket orders over the phone, but you can buy them online or directly on site at our ticket office.

PICNIC AREAS
We have 3 free, outdoor picnic areas on the outskirts of car park 3. Picnicking is not permitted in the Parc or on the terrace of The Tramp café.
Tables have been adapted for wheelchair users.
CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC CARS
There are 2 charging stations for electric vehicles in visitor car park 1. It is not possible to reserve the charging station in advance.
Please bring your charging cable with you.
CASH DISPENSER
Chaplin's World does not have an ATM on site. The nearest one is in the town of Chardonne, a 5-minute drive away.
Please note that we only accept Swiss Francs for cash. Other currencies such as the EURO are not accepted.
The Manoir de Ban in your pocket
