Tickets can be booked online or purchased at the ticket offices. Phone orders are not available.

Discounted rates are available for visitors with disabilities, groups and visitors who book a dated ticket at least two days in advance. See the "Plan my visit" tab for current offers and applicable conditions.
Advance booking is not required for individual visitors. Groups of 10 people or more must book online at least five working days before their visit to benefit from the group rate.
Yes. After purchasing online, you will receive your ticket as a PDF by email. Display it on your smartphone and make sure the barcode is clearly visible and can be scanned.

The following payment methods are accepted: cash in Swiss francs, coins and banknotes; banknotes in Euros, change in Swiss francs, at the day's current exchange rate; credit and debit cards, namely Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, PostFinance Card and Maestro; and TWINT. Cheques and other currencies are not accepted.
No. Reka cheques are not accepted at the Chaplin's World ticket desks.
No. Chaplin's World is not part of the ICOM network, so the ICOM card is not accepted.
Yes. Chaplin’s World is about five minutes from the A9 motorway exit. Parking costs CHF 5 per day with an admission ticket.
Opening hours vary with the seasons, generally from 10 AM to 6 PM or 5 PM, with shorter winter hours. Chaplin’s World will be closed on January 1, 2027 and from January, 11 until January, 22 2027.
Yes. The park is freely accessible during Chaplin's World opening hours.
From Vevey SBB station, take bus 212 to the “Chaplin” stop. The journey takes around 15 minutes.
Most of the site is accessible, with lifts and stable flooring. One wheelchair is available on request. Please contact us in advance to confirm its availability. Some areas of the gravel car park have gradients of more than 10%. Reduced admission rates are CHF 25 for adults and CHF 17 for children with disabilities.
No. For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed on the Chaplin's World site. Only guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted.
No. Motorhomes are not permitted to stay overnight in the Chaplin's World car park.
Chaplin's World will be closed on 1 January 2027 and from 11 to 22 January 2027 inclusive for its annual closure.
