Charlie Chaplin Le Migrant 1917

The café-restaurant

Chaplin never forgot his impoverished childhood. He loved to film scenes of restaurants and people gathered around the dinner table.

Located in a former farmhouse, a beautiful example of local rural architecture, The Tramp is just the kind of place that Chaplin would have liked. With its cafe atmosphere, wooden tables, serving counter and swinging doors, the cafe-restaurant has a friendly, relaxing atmosphere. The décor, inspired by the iconic factory scene from Modern Times, is imbued with the spirit of Chaplin. The Chaplin-themed menu has something for any time of day.

The Tramp is open during operating hours, from 10 am to 6 pm, and can be accessed independently of Chaplin's World. From 7 pm onwards it becomes a gourmet restaurant with a new, rotating menu.
