1. Choose the number of Smile Passes according to age categories.
2. Create a customer account or log in to your existing account.
3. Complete the information for the Smile Pass holders and upload a photo of your face via webcam or file upload (mandatory).
4. Confirm your cart by accepting the terms and conditions and proceed with the online payment.
5. Once your Smile Pass order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email and an email containing the Smile Pass voucher(s) to present in printed form at the ticket counter.

You also have the option to purchase the Smile Pass directly at the Chaplin's World ticket counters.
