- Choose the number of passes you would like, according to age categories.
- Sign-in to your account or create one.
- Complete each Smile Pass holder’s profile:
- Use your webcam to take a photo of each Smile Pass holder’s face or upload a photo (mandatory).
- Fill in the surname, first name, date of birth, and email address of each Smile Pass holder.
- Allocate each profile to the appropriate age category.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions to confirm your order.
- Pay for your order online.
- Your order is now complete. You will receive a confirmation email, and a second email with your Smile Pass voucher(s), to be printed out and shown at the ticket desk.
Alternatively: Have your photo taken at the Chaplin’s World ticket desk, then collect your Smile Pass at the end of your visit.
The Smile Pass is a personal and non-transferable card.
It must be shown at the ticket desk when you visit Chaplin’s World.
It is non-exchangeable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable.
