Special Terms & Conditions – Birthday Packages

• Our offer is intended for children aged 6 to 12, both for the birthday child and their guests.
• We welcome groups of up to 12 children, including the birthday child.
• A minimum of two accompanying adults is required. Children remain under their responsibility throughout the entire activity.
• Bookings must be made at least 15 days before the desired date. If your chosen date is no longer available, we will contact you to propose an alternative.
• The booking will be confirmed by our reservation team after verification of availability of the date and the animator.
• Invoicing and payment must be completed on the day of the activity.
• A minimum charge of 8 children applies, even if the number of participants is lower.
• For Package 2 without the birthday snack provided by Chaplin’s World, a health liability waiver will be required.

Cancellation and modification policy:

• Any cancellation or modification request must be sent by email to contact@chaplinsworld.com
• Cancellations less than 72 hours before the activity will be fully charged.
• Cancellations more than 72 hours before the activity are free of charge.
• Any modification request must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
• The number of participants is considered final 72 hours before the activity. In case of no-show on the day, billing will be based on this final number.
