CONDITIONS PARTICULIÈRES DE VENTE
- Réservation obligatoire au moins 7 jours à l’avance.
- Paiement à l’avance de la totalité de la commande. Le paiement sur place n’est pas autorisé. Si le paiement total de la réservation n’est pas reçu sur le compte de Chaplin’s World au plus tard la veille de la visite, les places de spectacle sont remises en vente sans préavis.
- Choix de la séance obligatoire 11h ou 15h. Il ne sera pas possible de changer l’horaire de la séance le jour même.
- Annulation de la réservation possible jusqu’à 48h avant la date de visite par email du lundi au vendredi. Les demandes d’annulation reçues le samedi ou le dimanche ne seront pas prises en compte.
- En cas de non-venu sans préavis de votre part, la totalité du paiement sera conservée par Chaplin’s World.
- Le nombre de places réservées ne pourra pas faire l’objet de modification à moins de 48h avant la date de visite.
- Le groupe devra se présenter 30 min avant l’horaire du spectacle devant le chapiteau. L’accès aux places, une fois le spectacle commencé, ne sera pas garanti.
