Yes. Chaplin's World offers special rates up on presentation of official documentation substantiating your current situation. See our various offers and rates in the "Opening Hours and Rates" section.
Yes. Following your online purchase you will receive and email with your ticket in .pdf form. You can show this at the entry gate as long as the barcode on the ticket is visible on your Smartphone and can be read by the scanner.

Yes. A 200-space car park is available to Chaplin's World visitors.
No. Camper vans are not authorised to stay overnight in the car park.
No. Dogs and other pets are not allowed on the grounds. Exceptions are made for seeing-eye dogs.
The entire Studio building is air-conditioned. The Manoir is equipped with a demand-controlled ventilation system.
Yes. The use of photo and video cameras is allowed at Chaplin's World. Feel free to take photos of yourself and share your experience on social media! Do not forget to use the hashtag #ChaplinsWorld

Yes. Toilets are available near the entrance, as well as at the Manoir. There are no toilets in the Studio.

No. Picnic is not allowed in the Museum spaces (The Park, Studio and Manoir). The park is a protected natural landscape. As such we ask our visitors to respect the diversity of plant and tree species. There is no picnic area but the cafe-restaurant The Tramp is open all day from 10 am.
